1- Consulting tasks.
2- Executive tasks.
Consulting tasks:
- Survey lifts for heritage sites and buildings, using modern lifting devices such as Total station – Dron- 3D Laser Scanning
- Identifying structural damage in heritage buildings and making the necessary solutions and treatments according to local and
- international standards. Preparing architectural and structural designs for heritage buildings, using the same materials, traditional methods, and methodologies, following local and international UNESCO standards.
- Providing the necessary solutions and treatments for new additions to heritage buildings, such as mechanical and electromechanical additions and other additions that would improve the quality of the work of the heritage building.
- Establishment of a project management office (PMO)
Execution tasks:
- Strengthening the heritage building: This task is considered one of the first steps and quick responses to protect the building from collapse.
- Restoration of heritage buildings: This is restoring the building as it was in order not to lose its historical value.
- Rehabilitation of the heritage building: This task is concerned with rehabilitating the heritage building after its restoration so that it can be used for tourist purposes, such as converting it into a museum, restaurant, or heritage hostel.
